About Fab Fertility & Lactation

Meet Founder Emily Fabrizius

Hello! I’m a both a registered nurse and stay-at-home mom of three. As a nurse, I have experience in labor & delivery, community health/family medicine, and infection control. Through these areas of nursing I discovered a passion for education and coaching - I love walking alongside others as a nurse-companion through vulnerable life transitions. It is this passion that led me to become a Certified Lactation Counselor and Marquette Method Certified Professional.

After navigating significant feeding difficulties with my own children, I decided I wanted to pursue a certification in lactation counseling to help other families feed theirs.

Before and in between having kids, I personally used the Marquette Method of Natural Family for birth spacing and really valued having an objective, non-hormonal, and effective approach to family planning. In my opinion and experience, high efficacy, modern fertility awareness and natural family planning methods, like the Marquette Method, are an under-utilized and often under-appreciated resource in medicine. I’m excited to guide others through the process as an instructor!
