Marquette Method Instruction
Using a calendar algorithm and the monitoring of urinary hormones, the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning is 98% effective in preventing pregnancy as long as instructions are properly followed. The CDC even recognizes this high rate of efficacy! There are protocols for regular cycles, postpartum/breastfeeding, perimenopause, and PCOS that are equally effective. There is also a protocol to use if you are trying to conceive as well.
Lactation Counseling
Prenatal breastfeeding classes and post-delivery counseling sessions and evaluations available with emphasis on nursing, pumping, or both.
Photography
Photography service for existing clients living in Chicagoland only. Fee will cover a 30-60 minute photo shoot and 25-30 edited digital photos.
