Marquette Method of NFP Instruction
Virtual Class & Unlimited Follow Up for 1 year: $175
This class is ideal for individuals wishing to learn the Marquette Method who have regular cycles, irregular cycles, PCOS, as well as those who are postpartum/breastfeeding or experiencing perimenopause. A 60-90 minute class and follow-up communication for one year are included in this fee.
Experienced Client Ongoing Follow Up: $100 per year
This service is ideal for individuals who have used the Marquette Method in the past and would like ongoing support, including those who need to learn a new protocol due to a life transition. This cost includes one 45-minute call and follow-up communication for one year.
Lactation Counseling
Prenatal Consult (in-person or virtual): $50
Consult will include what to expect in the first hours and days of your breastfeeding journey. We will go over optimal latch, optimizing milk production, breastmilk handling and storage guidelines, pumping and hand expression, and helpful supplies. Consult duration 60-90 minutes.
Postpartum Nursing Consult (in-person only): $50
A feeding will be observed and suggestions will be provided to improve latch and comfort during the breastfeeding experience. Milk transfer will be measured with a weighted feeding. Specific concerns and issues will be addressed, and specialist referrals will be made as needed. Consult duration 60-90 minutes.
Postpartum Pumping Consult (in-person or virtual): $50
Pump settings, pumping schedules, milk handling and storage guidelines will be discussed and helpful supplies will be suggested. Flange fitting will be completed. Specific concerns and issues will be addressed, and specialist referrals will be made as needed. Consult duration 60-90 minutes.
Photograpy
Maternity or Newborn Session: $125
This service is available for existing clients living in Chicagoland only. Fee will cover a 30-60 minute photo shoot and 25-30 edited digital photos. Please contact Emily to view portfolio.
